  • 1 kgs goat meat


  • 3 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos onion paste


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos chopped tomato


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp red chily flakes


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 7-8 nos green chilly


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt to tatse


  • 1 cups oil

Directions

  • Take A Kadai Add Goat Meat Pieces ,Black Pepper Powder And 4 Cup Of Water.
  • Cover It And Cook Until It Gets Tender. Heat Oil In A Pan.
  • Add Chopped Onion And Saute Till Transparent. Add Onion Paste,Ginger Garlic Paste,Red Chilly Powder,Red Chilly Flakes,Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder,Green Chilly ,Chopped Tomato And 2 Tbsp Water And Saute For 4 - 5 Min S
  • Add Meat Pieces And Mix Well Turn The Flame Low And Add Garam Masala Powder,Salt And Two Cup Of Water..
  • Cover It And Cook For Five Mins. Add Coriander Leaves Serve Hot With Chapatis Or Naan.
